Educational Fraction Wooden Puzzle is a simple wooden numeracy aid to physically help explain the tricky concept of fractions.
4 coloured shapes fit into a solid baseboard.
3 of the sets are divided up into quarters, thirds and halves and 1 rectangle is a whole.
Each shape can be taken apart, compared, stacked and counted enabling budding mathematicians to get to grips with what a fraction looks and feels like.
This set has the added benefit of enabling 4 different shapes to be identified, circle, square, triangle and rectangle. Bright primary colors are used to identify single pieces in each set red, yellow, blue and green being repeated for only 1 piece of each shape.
