We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we’re committed to getting it packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During new arrivals, sales, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Shipping Rates (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: $10
- Express Shipping: $15
- FREE Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $200.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are the responsibility of the shipping carrier once your parcel has been dispatched.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. While we’ll do our best to update your details before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Pink Velvet is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love every purchase from Pink Velvet. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, stains, or any signs of wear.
- Be returned with proof of purchase.
Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as a store credit.
Exchanges
We happily offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns and exchanges.
Sale Items
Items marked as Sale or Clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
We’ll assess your claim promptly and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
